Safeguarding at Durrington FC
The safety and wellbeing of our players is our highest priority.
Durrington FC is committed to creating a safe, positive and inclusive environment for all players, coaches and volunteers. We follow FA safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure every child can enjoy football in a safe setting.
All coaches and volunteers working with young players are required to:
- Complete FA safeguarding training
- Hold a valid DBS check
- Follow the FA Respect and safeguarding guidelines

Club Welfare Officer
Our Club Welfare Officer is the first point of contact for any safeguarding or welfare concerns.
If you have any concerns about the safety or wellbeing of a player, please contact our Welfare Officer directly.
